PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Payment via Zelle is required at the time of booking.
Should you cancel your appointment without 24 hours’ notice, or not show, your card will be charged for the full amount of your service.

Because a lot of work goes into preparing for your reading, I do not offer refunds once you have confirmed your appointment. You may cancel your appointment with over 24 hours’ notice - but there are NO REFUNDS.

I know that things come up from time to time, so in special circumstances, I can offer session credit for rescheduling your reading, and you may only reschedule ONCE. Otherwise, you will forfeit your payment and will be asked to make a new booking for another reading.

LATENESS & NO-SHOWS
If you are running late, please inform me at your earliest convenience. I may or may not be able to extend your time, and full payment will still apply.
No-shows will not be invited to book again.
